Reflections
Design system
As one of the designers in this international enterprise, I learnt a lot from its design system and structure. I know that my knowledge is not complete enough to design a product and I am grateful to have a chance to study in this enterprise. It makes me grow from just a student.
Think wider and integrated
In this project, I need to cater for the flows on both three platforms and the responsive version. It was quite a big challenge for me to imagine all the scenarios and exceptional cases it will be caused. The design and system thinking I learnt from this project will be my powerful skill to work on other projects.
Work with different disciplines and cultures
To work on this big project, I am responsible for working with different stakeholders from different countries. For example, the users from Chinese and Hong Kong, the design head office from the UK, the businessman from worldwide, the development team and the local design team from Chinese. I should listen to both parties and revise the design based on their feedback. I fasten my communication skill with different backgrounds people.
